Mentoring Terms & Conditions

1. Mentoring Relationship Mentoring is a supportive, collaborative process focused on developing confidence, clarity, and understanding in photography and brand communication. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances, effort, and application of guidance. Mentoring does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to bookings, income, or business growth.

2. What’s Included Mentoring packages include: One-to-one mentoring sessions as outlined in the selected package Sessions focused on photography, creative confidence, flash education, and brand clarity Support tailored to the mentee’s goals and needs Mentoring does not include: Done-for-you marketing services Website builds, copywriting, or social media management Business or financial advice

3. Session Format & Scheduling Sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed Sessions may be taken as one 2-hour session or two 1-hour sessions per month Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability Unused session time does not roll over beyond the agreed mentoring period unless explicitly agreed in writing

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited If Helen needs to reschedule, an alternative date will be offered

5. Payment & Commitment Mentoring fees are payable in advance or via an agreed payment plan Payment plans must be kept up to date for mentoring to continue Mentoring packages are non-refundable once started

6. Additional Sessions Additional mentoring sessions may be booked once a mentoring package has been completed, subject to availability and current pricing.

7. Responsibility & Boundaries Mentoring provides guidance, feedback, and support, but implementation and decision-making remain the responsibility of the mentee. Helen is not responsible for business decisions, financial outcomes, or actions taken as a result of mentoring sessions.

8. Confidentiality All mentoring conversations are confidential. Both parties agree to respect privacy and not share personal or sensitive information discussed during sessions.

9. Recording & Materials Mentoring sessions may be recorded for personal reference if agreed in advance. Recordings and materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

10. Right to Refuse or End Mentoring Helen reserves the right to refuse or discontinue mentoring if it is not deemed a good fit, or if boundaries are not respected. In such cases, any unused sessions may be refunded at Helen’s discretion.

11. Acceptance of Terms By booking a mentoring package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
